Brooke and I are currently on a diet, and we're doing pretty well. I'm down 10 lbs, looking and feeling very svelte. The unfortunate thing is that are points system starts on Sunday and everyone knows that all the best eats are on Sunday! So I pretty much blew my diet for the week unless I run for two hours a day.
So...New goal while I'm on the treadmill. Imagine I'm the Flash (the silver age Berry Allen Flash, my personal favorite) in a race with Superman.
